The Evolution of Pragati Degree College
Building the Foundation
Established under the visionary umbrella of the Pragati Degree College in 2023, the Degree College was founded to address the growing need for high-quality, accessible higher education in Vasai East and the broader Palghar district.
We recognized that students from our community often had to travel extensively to pursue competitive undergraduate degrees. Pragati Degree College was built to bring university-level rigor closer to home, providing state-of-the-art infrastructure right here in Madhuvan Township.
Today, we proudly offer comprehensive Bachelor's programmes in Arts, Commerce, and Science, fully affiliated with the prestigious University of Mumbai, acting as a direct springboard to professional careers and higher academia.
